Highlights of the wonderful work of English composer William Walton for Viola and Orchestra. Inspired by Sergey Prokofiev´s violin concerto it is considered one of the key works for viola in XX century.
Sergey Malov is playing it with Koichiro Harada as conductor.
After being in finals and winning several special prizes at the ARD Viola Competition the year before, this time, 2009, he got the first prize.
