Scottish Islands Peaks Race 2024 - the Selkies

Описание: The Selkies were the only all-female team to compete in the 2024 SIPR. It’s a challenging adventure race for teams of sailors and fell runners, around the west coast of Scotland, covering 160 nautical miles of sailing, 60 miles of running, with 11,500 ft of climbing. This is the story of how the Selkies came together, borrowed a boat from Muir (a veteran of 11 SIPRs) and raced in 2024, fuelled mainly by wine gums, fruit cake, and some terrible singing.
