How to Make a Textured & Scorched Green Bowl. Beginner Woodturning Projects

Описание: In this video, I turn a stunning sweet chestnut bowl on the Harvey T60S wood lathe and give it a bold, textured, and scorched finish on the outside with a splash of color for extra drama!

Here’s what I did:
✅ Turned the bowl using Easy Wood Tools carbide woodturning tools
✅ Heavily scorched the outside for a charred effect
✅ Created deep texture with a steel wire brush
✅ Applied Hampshire Sheen Green Embellishing Wax to highlight the grooves
✅ Finished the inside by sanding to 240 grit with Klingspor Abrasives, then used Yorkshire Grit abrasive paste and finally Hampshire Sheen High Gloss Finishing Wax for a perfect shine
