Unfortunately there is no official release from this tour, but the German MTV shot 8 songs (+ the intro "Painkiller") with excellent audio and video. The other songs were taken from Inglewood (Los Angeles), because the audio is from ALD which is basically soundboard recording. The bonus songs are from the other Inglewood concert because the recording has the same quality.
