Spend a day with me living on a low income while balancing full-time work and making the most of what I have. Today I went to the food pantry before work and show you what I got for the month.

So many of us are doing everything “right” and still falling behind in a system that wasn’t built for the working class. Using resources like food pantries isn’t something to be ashamed of it’s a way to accept support that exists for moments like these.

When we let ourselves receive help, even in small ways, we’re telling the universe we’re open to receiving more.
