Doctor Who - 60th Anniversary Classic Themes Mix (Version 1)

Описание: When doing the Derbyshire/Howell/Delaware/Love mix I wondered if I could squeeze the later Classic themes into the same composition without it turning into a huge cacophony.

After having to tackle Howell's version being in F minor (the original is E minor) and a key change in the last section of Love's version (cheers, Geoff), the task of adding more themes was further complicated by the fact that Keff McCulloch decided to compose his version in A minor, and John Debney went for both A minor and E minor (presumably as an intentional transition from the Seventh to Eighth Doctor)! But thank goodness Dominic Glynn stuck to E minor.

Then there's the tempo differences. Sheesh. Howell's version is slightly slower than the original's 140bpm, at 138bpm, but McCulloch's and Debney's are all over the place (good old Glynn, again, sticking with 138bpm to fit the title graphics).

Anyway, after a lot of knob twiddling and iterating I'm quite pleased with the end result. Hope you like it! (headphones recommended!)
