This short but very effective yin yoga practice is just what you need to loosen up your tight hamstrings. Holding postures for several minutes at a time in a very relaxed state is the key to created flexibility and mobility. Do this practice as often as you need to open up your hamstrings and relieve low back pain. Pair it with with my Yin Yoga: Hip Focus video for a full lower body practice.
