Four years after Russia’s full-scale invasion, she confirmed that the European Union has already mobilised nearly €200 billion in military, humanitarian and financial support for Ukraine — more than any other partner worldwide.
But the message went further.
Europe’s support will not only continue — it will be reinforced through new measures designed to strengthen Ukraine’s resilience, defence capabilities and long-term recovery.
As the war reshapes Europe’s security landscape, Brussels signals that Ukraine’s future remains inseparable from Europe’s own stability and peace.
