Following the increase in reported cases of rape and the killing of women and girls in the country, an international development organization, #ActionAid #Nigeria, has called on Nigeria's President Muhammadu #Buhari to declare a state of emergency on Gender-based violence. The group also wants rape to be declared a crime without options of bail or out of court settlement. We'll hear from the country director of Action Aid Nigeria.
