Описание: We trace our BMW i3 ConnectedDrive fault to the Headunit which has now failed. The Telematic Communication Box (TCB), which we investigated in the previous video, is connected to the Headunit. The Headunit is no longer sending signals to the Central information display (CID) on the dashboard which displays the iDrive communication system. The Headunit is found under the back seat of the BMW i3. It sits on a layer of insulation material which is covering the carbon fibre of the monocoque. The insulation is saturated with water owing to a waterleak from where we know not.
