"We had talked about wanting to be with each other forever and that he was my person and all of that, but it caught me off guard. I didn't think it was going to be when it was, I didn't know it was going to be this year, so yeah, I was shocked," the "Gossip Girl" alum said. She also dished on how he proposed and their current wedding plans. The 37-year-old also talked about what fans can expect from the new season of "The Orville" now that it will stream on Hulu.
