Hello Friends.... Today i am sharing with you how to make "Sweet Poli / Boli" easily without breaking.
You can prepare this recipe with Jaggery as well as Sugar, Here am using jaggery for healthier version. Same way you can prepare with Channa Dal or Coconut.
This recipe is very famous equally in South India & North India.
Hope you all enjoy this recipe.
Here measurement 1cup is 250 ml
Ingredients:-
Channa Dal - 1 Cup
Jaggery - 1 Cup
Cardamom - 1/4 tsp
Maida - 1 cup
Salt - to taste
Turmeric Powder - 1 pinch
Ghee - as required
