The subject was the new FF7 port Square Enix was uploading to steam, to replace the old 2013 version. They didn't specify it was the 2015 PS4 port in the initial announcement on Twitter / X. With all due respect, I don't a billion dollar company that bait-n-switched their lifelong fanbase with a dishonestly titled game (FF7: Remake). When a company like that is vague for no good reason, it makes me wonder why. The history around Final Fantasy 7 gets rewritten every day, and I wouldn't put anything beneath anyone at this point. I also don't think I'm "fearmongering". This isn't politics or a literal war - it's a video game. I'm allowed to say what I think. My lack of blind faith in SE became the subject of ridicule among FF7R fans, since that fanbase functions like a cult. Anyway, here's my response to my first ever hate video! Hope you enjoy.
