With any 8 Electrode Body Scales, you cannot expect 100% accuracy. But how accurate is it compared with medical level scans? Some metrics are within 1% while a few are 10-30% off. Visceral fat tends to be particularly difficult to estimate using 8 Electrode types of body fat scales so the accuracy can be off by as much as 400%. However, even with it being not accurate in some metrics, they are very good at giving the SAME measurements if you measure yourself quickly in succession.
