ROD - shimano power surf 1202L 4-7kg
REEL - shimano bait runner DL4000FA
LINE - 8lb diawa j thread nylon mono line
HOOKS - size 4 mustard long bait holder & size 2 mustard bait holder
SWIVELS - size 8 jarvis walker black barrel & black snap swivels
SINKERS - size 1 star sinker - size 2 star sinker - size 4 bean sinker
BEST TIME TO FISH
early morning - late afternoon but can be caught any time of day on the right tides
BEST TIDES TO FISH THE BEACH
last 2 hours of run up to high tide & 2hours after or any tide changes
NOTE - that some beaches fish better on different tides
depending on location & structure of beach

live beach worms & tube worms
live nippers ( yabbies )
pippis
cockles
prawns
BEST BREAM BAITS
live beach worm & tube worms

mullet strips - mullet gut
tuna strips
pilchard fillets & cubes
slimy mackerel - yellowtail
herring
bream will eat just about anything not fussy at all
