Solo CAR CAMPING relaxing with Serene Views [ Jeep Wrangler overland, Campfire cooking ] SoC Ep15

Описание: Today I am SOLO Car Camping in Australian D'Aguilar Area in Queensland. As always with my Jeep Wrangler JK is by my side, bringing me everywhere I point it to! Did some relaxing with my Dog Ted, campfire cooking, soaking in the Sun and the beautiful serene views.

In this episode I went solo with Ted to an amazing place north of Brisbane. It is very close to a tourist town Dayboro, which is worth a visit too. Even the drive there was already very scenic, alot of bikes, oldies riding around and enjoying the surroundings.

I was welcomed by the host and explained that there are remote places on his property, but only accessable by capable 4wd. Even better for me, as I know Jeep will handle anything. We started climbing the hills. We could choose any place we want to camp and there were very many to choose from. All with different and amazing views.

After exploring around for a while I settled for a good partly sheltered spot with amazing views. Setting up the tarp was abit challenging with couple of wind gusts, but not a big issue. As soon the camp was set, I got some coffee ready and went to soak in those amazing 180 degree views from the campsite.

For Lunch I made some skewers with Beef, Capsicum, Mushrooms and Zuccini. I also made some nice golden crispy potato wedges on the side. Ted enjoyed his beef bone, he loves it more than anything.

The sunset was absolutely stunning in this place. We enjoyed the last rays of the sun with Ted with a quick stroll around the place and went back to the camp to get ready for the cold night. Refueled the campfire and pumped up the lantern, put view more layers of clothes on.

It was quite cold and wind was picking up, so I decided to seek shelter in the car to cook dinner. Noodles in Blackbean souce with Egg and Cheese on top. Quick and yum! I had couple of beers, chilled with Ted and enjoyed the starry sky with Ted and head into the Tent.

We woke up with the songs of many different birds. Ted enjoyed the sunrise from the tent, it was stunning. Time to pack up and head back home. Fully recharged and ready to tackle new challenges!
