"Appeal"
Oh, I am very weary
Tho' tears no longer flow
My days: heavy and dreary
My nights are filled with woe
Thru the moors I ramble
As if to lose my way
I'd sleeps on rocks and bramble
If thou woulds't come to stay
Did'st thou not know my longing
For thee from day to day?
Come, set aright your wrongings
Why must thou so delay?
My heart is always whining
Re-echoing my plea:
I'm tired of this re-pining
Will thou not come to me?
"Tis my Appeal to thee!
The second verse about the moors is by Suzy and words were added and shifted to rhyme for music.
