🗓 Due: March 16, 2026
📄 Extension: Form 7004
🗓 Extended deadline: September 15, 2026

🔹 S Corporation Tax Returns

📄 Form 1120-S
🗓 Due: March 16, 2026
📄 Extension: Form 7004
🗓 Extended deadline: September 15, 2026

🔹 Individual Tax Returns

📄 Form 1040
🗓 Due: April 15, 2026
📄 Extension: Form 4868
🗓 Extended deadline: October 15, 2026

🔹 C Corporation Tax Returns

📄 Form 1120
🗓 Due: April 15, 2026
📄 Extension: Form 7004
🗓 Extended deadline: October 15, 2026

⚠️ Important Reminder:
An extension gives you more time to file, not more time to pay.

Individual taxes are still due April 15

C-Corporation taxes are also due April 15
Late payments may result in penalties and interest.
