Ingredients: 📝
A couple generous tablespoons of Golden Caviar
Your pasta of choice
2 tbsps of unsalted butter
Splash of salted pasta water
Directions: 🍽
1. Cook your pasta 80% perfect of the way or until it is a bit harder than al dente.
2. Remove your pasta from the water to keep it from overcooking.
3. On a separate pan or small pot add half your butter and your pasta
4. Add some of your pasta water and keep stirring until your pasta is cooked and your sauce thickens
5. Take it off the heat and add the rest of your butter and half a lemon as well as half your caviar
6. Transfer to a plate and top with the rest of your caviar.
7. ENJOY 😋
