DISNEY DINING IN THE PARKS SERIES - E11 (2023)
Intertwined within the Fantasyland district of Disneyland is the Red Rose Taverne inspired by the animated film, Beauty & the Beast, and originally themed after Pinocchio's Daring Journey Ride. This Quick Service Restaurant offers both Inside with air conditioning and outside dining tables. The food is your basic quick service with hamburgers, fries, etc., though they do offer specialty flatbread pizzas, special chicken sandwiches like the cordon bleu, and seasonal specials like the patty melt tots we had. The food is not excellent, but is pretty good for a quick service restaurant like this. We also enjoy the ambiance there. It can just get a bit crowded. Of course, we must always ride at least one ride before leaving, and today's ride was a Fantasyland favorite - Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. Once again, we had a fun, relaxing couple or so hours at the Happiest Place.
