The 'School Lunch Cooker" features two new innovations and is the first practical commercial duty wood fired cooking stove.
The School Lunch Cooker has a very functional TLC burner "Top Lit Combustor" and an "Exhausted Pot Shell". This amazing wood fired cooking stove cooks outdoor in all weather and burns damp and wet wood. Even wet concrete does not stop the TLC burner.
I designed this stove to cook the larger quantities necessary for school lunch programs in places like Haiti. Most cooking in Haiti is done outdoor, so I designed this stove to be an outdoor all weather cooker. This stove is the first practical commercial duty, off-grid, survival,emergency, disaster cooker and will cook up to 30 liters. It will pasteurize water and heat bath, laundry and kitchen water. You can even do laundry and dishes in the pot.
This cooker is durable, functional, easy to learn and use, and burns a variety of biomass.
The School Lunch Cooker is so functional it is less hassle for portable cooking than propane stoves considering the time and expense to refill propane tanks.
