Recovery Training Session
Warm-Up - 5 to 10 minutes
one touch juggles - 5-10 minutes
two touch - 10-15 minutes
one touch passing - 5-10 minutes
two touch passing - 10-15 minutes
stretching - 10-15 minutes
This is just to improve basics and get the blood flowing to improve recovery speed. Not a huge workload but will improve your fundamentals
