Описание: Prof. Yan Qian is an Associate Professor at the Key Laboratory for Organic Electronics & Information Displays and the Institute of Advanced Materials at Nanjing University of Posts & Telecommunications, China. With a Ph.D. in Organic Photophysics & Photochemistry from the Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, she has been actively engaged in research on functional optical materials. Her work focuses on the “hot exciton” mechanism for high-efficiency OLED emitters, organic thermal sensing, tunable excited states for organic lasers, and photochromic materials for optoelectronic applications. She has made significant contributions to the development of high-performance organic light-emitting and sensing materials, including aggregation-induced emission fluorophores and stable white OLEDs. Through her research and academic contributions, Prof. Yan Qian continues to advance the field of organic photophysics and photochemistry.
