V. Disclosure of Interest
Any member of the City Council may disclose any possible conflict of interest dealing with either any item on the printed agenda or with any matter discussed at a previous meeting.

Each person in the audience may take this opportunity to address the City Council on any matter which is not on the printed agenda.

VII. Workshop Items for Discussion

A. The City Council will discuss the proposed issuance of Tax Increment Refunding Revenue Bonds (Eight Points Redevelopment Project).

B. The City Council will discuss the funding of downtown operations relative to Grow Our Downtown, a 501(c)3 non-profit.

C. The City Council will consider a recommendation from the Municipal Utilities Advisory Board regarding the vacation of two (2) sewer easements between the City of Poplar Bluff and Luther Snider as guardian for Annie L. Smith, n.c.m. and J.L. and Daisy C. Smith.

D. The City Council will consider a bid received for the lease of 9.71 and 19 acres of farmland located at the Poplar Bluff Regional Business Airport.

E. The City Council will consider bids received for a Cisco Catalyst Core Switch.

VIII. Action Required Items

AA. Bill No. The City Council will take action on an ordinance authorizing the donation of antiquated radio equipment from the Poplar Bluff Police Department to the Butler County Emergency Management Agency.

BB. Bill No. The City Council will take action on an ordinance accepting a bid for the sale of a 1985 GMC Van.

CC. Bill No. The City Council will take action on an ordinance adding Section 210.100 “Misuse of Emergency Telephone Service” to the City of Poplar Bluff Code of Ordinances.

DD. Bill No. The City Council will take action on an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Poplar Bluff and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 702 for employees of the Electric Department.

EE. Bill No. The City Council will take action on an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Poplar Bluff and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 702 for employees of the Water-Sewer Department.

FF. Bill No. The City Council will take action on resolution approving and adopting an annual net metering report from Municipal Utilities.

GG. The City Council of the City of Poplar Bluff will meet in a closed meeting in which they will discuss such matters which are exempted under the open meetings law Section 610.021.1, RSMo, Section 610.021.2, RSMo, Section 610.021.3, RSMo, Section 610.021.9, RSMo, Section 610.021.11, RSMo, Section 610.021.12, RSMo, Section 610.021.13, RSMo and Section 610.021.14, RSMo.
