I got a chance to check out the demo for GODBREAKERS, and wow, it really caught my eye as an action roguelike with a lot of potential. I'm sharing my first impressions, talking through what feels good and what might need a little polish. GODBREAKERS is a fast-paced action roguelike designed for both solo and 1-4 player co-op. This hack-and-slash adventure immerses players in chaotic battles, challenging them to coordinate abilities and chain attacks. A core mechanic is the unique "Godbreaking" ability, allowing players to absorb enemy powers and unleash them as devastating attacks. The game further defines itself through extensive character customization via Archetypes and builds, alongside dynamic exploration across six ever-shifting biomes filled with unique enemies and multi-phase bosses.
