SETS, REPS & TIME:
1. Nerve mobility exercise - do on a daily basis for about 10-15 minutes
2. Core Training - 3 sets x 60 seconds breathing (Monday, Wednesday & Friday)
3. Glute Training - 3 sets x 10-15 reps per leg (Monday, Wednesday & Friday)
4. Adductor training - 3 sets x 30 seconds per leg (Monday, Wednesday & Friday)
5. Lower back training - 3 sets x 10 reps (Monday, Wednesday & Friday)
6. Hip flexor training - 3 sets x 7 reps per leg (Monday, Wednesday & Friday)
