Jumping into pools below waterfalls is considered a "soft adventure." With a helmet, life vest, and a few instructions from you guide, just about anyone, young and old alike can do it. Your confidence soars after you jump the first time.

There are 3 Mexico states I have found where you can do it. In fact, I have been to all these locations and have jumped off from the top into the pools below. The states are Veracruz, Guerrero, and San Luis Potosi.

In this video, I will take you on my journey to the Huasteca Potosina region of San Luis Potosi to give you a glimpse of the fun waterfall jumping you can do there. You can combine this activity with a visit to other interesting sites in this area of Mexico.
