The Arcade collective sale: Tender submission deadline extended to March 5

Описание: The collective sale tender submission deadline for The Arcade in Raffles Place has been extended from Jan 8 to March 5, 2020. Commercial real estate company Colliers International said the extension follows feedback from developers that they need more time to assess the site. Colliers has also revised The Arcade's land rate, after verification of the gross floor area by the authorities. The rate is now $2,840 per sq ft per plot ratio,
an increase of 0.2% from what was indicated in the tender launch in November.
The 20-storey development was launched for collective sale at $780 million.
