Johnny has done an amazing job with this sauce by creatively blending the flavor of the ghost chiles and harmonized them perfectly with the other ingredients. The outstanding fruity taste comes first, then the heat.....and it still packs a punch! I could see using this sauce on eggrolls, spring rolls, grilled shrimp, chicken, pork, and even fried rice! Excellent stuff!!
