Bò Lúc Lắc (Vietnamese Shaking Beef Cubes)
Dry Spices: Garlic Powder, Paprika & Five-Spice Powder
Wet Marinade: Maggi Seasoning, Fish Sauce, Oyster Sauce & Honey
Marinate in the fridge for at least one hour, or overnight for maximum flavor.
Preheat your CHEFWIN stainless steel pan until water droplets bead on the surface (that’s how you know it’s ready). Add beef tallow, then sear the beef cubes on each side for 1–2 minutes. Transfer the beef to a bowl, add sweet yellow onions to the pan, and scrape up all the flavor from the bottom. Return the beef cubes, give everything a quick toss, and you’re ready to serve.
Serve over a bed of fresh watercress and tomatoes. Garnish with sliced yellow onions, sprouts, and green onions.
Dipping Sauce: Mix equal parts salt and pepper with the juice of half a lime.
