ingredients:
3 cups full fat dry milk powder such as Nido
1 & 1/2 cup Oil
1 & 1/3 cup sugar
6 eggs
1/2 teaspoon elaichi powder
preheat oven to 350°F
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined
transfer to a 9 x 13 baking dish
bake for 15 to 20 minutes - mixture should turn golden brown from top at this point
now lower the heat to 300°F and bake for 15 minutes
let the cake cool down and cut in squares
enjoy this unique gulab jamun dessert!
