Ariens Snow Rover conversion - Part 1 (The Track Drive system)

Описание: In this video, you will see how we convert the Ariens Deluxe machine using our patented system and install a track drive on it. The newer Ariens Deluxe and Platinum models with "Auto Turn" technology can be converted for remote control.

The parts that you see in this video and the battery bracket will be included in Part 1 of the kit. Part 2 of the kit will include the remote chute control system and Part 3 will include the remote auger engagement system. Other parts including battery enclosure, controller (includes the remote RC receivers, motor drivers etc) and LED light mounts can be purchased separately.

Lithium batteries or deep cycle lead acid GEL batteries can be purchased using the links below. Batteries are NOT included when you purchase the conversion kit.

Step 1 - 3:37 Remove the chute control mechanism from the machine (we will show you how to install the remote chute control system in Part 2 of the Snow Rover conversion video series.

Step 2 - 5:53 Drain the fuel and place the machine in the maintenance position (refer to the Ariens owner's manual for more information).

Step 3 - 7:20 Remove the drive wheels

Step 4 - 8:49 Remove the snow blower handle and lay it flat on the machine.

Step 5 - 12:23 Install the body bracket.

Step 6 - 17:25 Install the motor brackets on the 2 motors.

Step 7 - 20:34 Install the right side motor
