Army Chief Says Soldier Who Insulted Gov. Sanwo-Olu Arrested

The Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant-General Taoreed Lagbaja said only one soldier insulted the Governor over the incident on social media and he has been arrested. Speaking at a function in Enugu, General Lagbaja said investigation into the matter is ongoing.
