Whilst in the North of England, celebrating a friend's birthday, I met up with Thomas Heaton to go and take some landscape photography in the Yorkshire Dales.

As you know, my main area of photography these days is urban and street photography. What you probably don't know, is that my first entry point into photography, 16 years ago, was actually landscape photography! It's something I don't really practice too often anymore, so I definitely felt out of my comfort zone on this particular day.

Luckily, Thomas Heaton is a fantastic photographer and has an excellent YouTube channel all about landscape photography, so I felt in safe hands following him around his metaphoric backyard.

This vlog's a fun day out and captures what it's like travelling in a custom photography 4x4 Mitsubishi Delica, to some picturesque areas of the north of England — enjoy!
