Passenger falls and dies after hanging out of van and killing bicyclist

Описание: A passenger of a minivan was hanging halfway out of the vehicle approaching two pedestrians walking on the sidewalk. The passenger attempted to hit the pedestrians as they drove by but missed them. However, as the minivan continued to travel, it approached a bicyclist. The passenger hanging out of the vehicle struck the bicyclist, knocking her to the ground and killing her.

According to LVMPD, the slaying took place outside a taco shop at the intersection of Las Vegas and Lamb boulevards. LVMPD reports that the suspect, a homeless man in his late 20s, entered the taco shop at around 8 p.m. on Sunday evening, asking for food and money.

The re-election campaign for President Donald Trump and Nevada Republican Party have filed a lawsuit to stop the counting of mail-in ballots in Clark County over alleged issues with observing the counting process. They, along with a plaintiff named Fred Kraus, filed a petition in Carson City District Court against Barbara Cegavske, the Nevada Secretary of State, and Joe Gloria, the Clark County registrar of voters.
