Ground Cherry Jelly
4 cups of ground cherry juice
1/2 tsp of butter
1 pkg powder pectin (I use the pink box-less sugar or no sugar)
1 cup sugar
I use a juicer to get the juice from the cherries.
In pan cook juice for 15 minutes on low to med heat.
Stir in pectin and butter-bring to a full rolling boil.
Boil 6 minutes; stirring constantly.
Ladle into hot jars leaving 1/4" headspace, cap jars.
Process 10 minutes in a water bath canner.
