What was supposed to be a peaceful demonstration on campus to bring awareness to the Israeli hostages in Hamas captivity in Gaza turned into an aggressive confrontation.
The video shows a PhD student and graduate employee, Megan Butler, pulling signs out of the ground with photos of Israeli hostages held by Hamas.
As of Wednesday morning, April 10th, the viral video has over 200,000 views.
We spoke with the people involved in the viral video.
