Staring down the hollow streets,
Where echoes haunt and silence greets.
Faded signs, a ghostly glow,
This hollow place I’ve come to know.

Walls of concrete, steel, and rust,
Dreams abandoned, turned to dust.
Beneath the sky, the color fades,
An empty city lost in shades.

Whispers of life, they’ve disappeared,
A distant hum of all I feared.
In the absence, shadows call,
I stand alone, I face it all.

Empty city, cold and bare,
A heavy stillness fills the air.
Once alive, now just a frame,
A memory etched in stone and flame.

Footsteps fall but leave no sound,
No beating hearts, no souls around.
The roads that led to brighter days,
Are overrun by time's decay.

Neon signs in flickered cries,
False hope written in their lies.
A wasteland built on hopes betrayed,
A shrine to all we’ve thrown away.

Through broken glass, the moonlight spills,
A barren world beneath the hills.
In the silence, I remain,
A phantom bound by this domain.

Empty city, cold and bare,

Once alive, now just a frame,
A memory etched in stone and flame.

Between the ruins, I search for more,
A key to unlock a hidden door.
But every turn, just endless gray,
Lost in a maze that fades away.
