What does ASMR mean? Autonomous sensory meridian response. It is characterized as a distinct, pleasurable tingling sensation in the head, scalp, back, or peripheral regions of the body in response to visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, or cognitive stimuli.

Why do you use paper plates and plastic cutlery? Because stainless steel cutlery and porcelain dish ware make sounds that are too harsh for ASMR videos. I do not use them off camera and I wash and reuse the plastic cutlery. I have recently switched to a plastic, reusable plate, so you will not see paper plates in any future videos.

What camera do you use? A Sony Handycam HDR-CX580.
