Thiruvananthapuram Corporation Mayor V. V. Rajesh has said that neither he nor the Deputy Mayor has come across any news about R. Sreelakha being unhappy over not being given the mayoral post. He stated that he came to know that such a report appeared in some online media outlet. The Mayor added that both he and the Deputy Mayor are occupied with various commitments at present. He said the matter would be looked into and that a detailed response would be given after understanding the issue.
