EDITORIAL NOTE: The television strap on the clip says "Malema, Ndlozi confront witness during tea break". The third person involved in the heated exchange is not a witness and @SABCNews apologises for the mistake.
SABC News would like to apologise to EFF leader Julius Malema and party MP Dr. Mbuyiseni Ndlozi. This after an earlier program put a wrong title during an altercation between the EFF members and an Afriforum lawyer during a tea break at the Randburg Magistrate's Court
