New Road Kidderminster Whitsun Parade - circa mid/late 1960’s?
Thanks to the comments can say this around 1966
My Dad has since watched this and believes it’s 1964/65 as his cousin Nigel who was born in May 1962 is the little boy at the end & he appears to be 2/3 years old.
Further update on the date. According yo my Auntie it is 1964 as she was with her friend Linda Hall. I googled & Whitsun in 1964 was 18th & 19th May.
