A Day in the Life of a Filipina Housewife Cooking Quick & Easy Meals | Silent Vlog #77

*Simple Chicken Curry*
Ingredients:
White Onion
Garlic
Ginger
Potato
Chicken
Fish Sauce
Coconut Milk
Chillies
salt, pepper & msg to taste
spring onion

1. Sautè Garlic then add the chopped white onion and ginger. Sautè
2. Add the chopped potatoes and sautè
3. Add the chicken and 2 tbsps of fish sauce. Cover and let the chicken cook.
4. Add the coconut milk and whole black pepper and the rest of the seasonings. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes
5. Add 1 tbsp of curry powder, cover and simmer for another 10minutes.
6. Top with spring onion, cover and serve
7. Enjoy!
