The Pallet Saw System from Pallet Sorting Systems (PSS) is designed for the automatic dismantling of used pallets and the recovery of reusable pallet components. This system combines an industrial robot, a PSS-developed saw unit, and Ai4Pallets – the intelligent software that autonomously identifies and controls every pallet - powered by Fizyr OS.
AI4Pallets automatically measures the length, width, and height of each pallet, selects the appropriate cutting program (2-, 3-, 4- or 5-layer), and determines the optimal pickup orientation. During the process, Ai4Pallets dynamically adjusts the cutting height and parameters to ensure that every pallet – regardless of type or condition – is processed accurately.
