Hi and welcome to KADO! In this video, We'll give you a quick overview on how to get your digital business card fully set up in just a couple of minutes.

Once you download the app, you will be able to log in via Outlook Google or Apple.
Otherwise, you may use your email and a one time passcode that you will get in your inbox.
Copy it and paste it to access the app.

Complete your basic info, and add your avatar for your card. Then fill in your business information, like company name, position and the company logo

Just like that, you already have a very basic digital business card! But we want to go further and complete the card with additional items.

Click on Edit. From this screen, you will be able to add additional information such as your credentials, your pronouns, media or socials.

Let’s start by adding some social handles. Click on add social, select whichever you want, and add a display name like LinkedIn or my LinkedIn to differentiate from the company one, and paste the complete URL. Repeat this process for the rest of social networks

Next, we will add some buttons and video content. Scroll to the bottom, click on add content, and
fill in the display name and URL. For example your website, or a link to your products page.
Again, You may add as many buttons as you wish.
Now, to add a video, click on add video and then paste the YouTube URL to embed it in your card.

Before we finish, we are going to be adding a cover and complete our company info.

Click on Edit theme, Edit background and select a wide image for your cover. From the Networker plan of just $2.5, you will also be able to edit your colors.

Finally, to complete our company info, such as address or description, click on Edit company, and fill in the info as needed.

Now we have a complete digital business card ready to go! But in our case we will shake things up a bit by adding colors to it! And now we have a fully branded card, with our social media, links of interest and even a video with our latest product launch!

In order to share your card, you can bring up your QR code from the Exchange screen, and even add it to your wallet for easier access!

Once another person scans your QR code, they will be able to open your card on a browser, download your contact info and even quickly revert back their details with autofill!

You will get notified every time someone reverts back their details and will be able to see all leads captured under the Form Submissions screen!

Under premium plans, you will be even able to sync to your Outlook, Gmail, CRM, and add notes and tasks on the go!

As you can see, Creating and sharing an interactive digital business has never been easier.
