High Voltage Power Supply with a pleasant surprise inside.

I been on eBay again.... I'm getting as bad as Doug... You all know Doug!

I was browsing casually as you do and saw this on there for a price that was far too much. I put in an offer and it got accepted! UPS brought it to me a couple of days later and this is the unboxing and test video.

It is a Shandon Southern Vokam SAE2761 High Voltage DC Power Supply. The best bit is inside it. Now apart from the ebay listing there is very little information on the interweb about this unit. I am trying to find a manual and schematic.

In this little video I take the covers off, fire it up and make sure it works. It will feature in future videos I'm sure but for the moment it is waiting for bench space.
