Have/Get Something Done = Pay someone to do something

We use have/get + something + done to talk about actions that we pay someone to do for us, like getting a haircut, going to the eye doctor, or getting your house cleaned.
I cut my hair. (I did it myself)
I had my hair cut. (I paid my hairdresser)
