I have been STRUGGLING over these last several weeks, and the timing couldn’t be worse as I prepare to head back to work after 8 weeks of medial leave.
After months of feeling like my body is running on fumes, I finally picked up my CPAP machine — and I’m honestly hoping it changes everything (iykyk). Theres a reason they use sleep deprivation as a torture tactic. 😵💫
Living with multiple chronic illness means every little bit of energy counts, so today I’m showing how I pace myself when I finally have a little more energy — by focusing on just one space: my bedroom. And then you’ll watch me push my energy window when the adrenaline takes over. It’s so hard to stop something that feels good, even when you know you’ll pay for it later. 😬
