The biggest buff from this patch is Cyclone Trigger. The damage per cast time went from around 20k to nearly 50k, so pretty good. It's easily the best gunsaber skill now and 4th best skill overall. In the opener you can do an additional Cyclone Trigger after Artillery Slash since TR is about to come off cooldown and refund one ammo. Other than that you want to stick with the old rotation doing 2 Blooming Fires and 2 Cyclone Triggers per gunsaber loop.

Sword autos are off because I got to a point where I'm too fast doing the filler parts of the rotation and some skills aren't lining up perfectly like they did in previous patches. Most people won't have this problem and you should get smooth transitions for all skills. However as you get better you might want to consider turning the sword autos off, it's mostly going to be preference.
I also find it comfy for doing F1 into Gunstinger. I will link a video below with autos on and similar dps.
