Описание: President Paul Kagame has met with members of the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) Board of Directors to review key priorities aimed at accelerating private sector-led economic growth in Rwanda.

The meeting took place at RDB headquarters on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. Discussions focused on RDB’s work in attracting and facilitating investment, promoting exports and tourism, supporting business growth, and strengthening Rwanda’s competitiveness in regional and international markets.

President Kagame emphasized the importance of effective implementation, accountability, performance and continuous improvement in the delivery of services to businesses and investors.

The RDB Board of Directors is chaired by Itzhak Fisher, with Evelyn Kamagaju serving as Vice Chairperson. Other members include Alice Nkulikiyinka, Ivan Kagame, Liban Soleman Abdi, Dr. Diane Karusisi, Eric Kacou and Kassahun Kebede.

The meeting was also attended by RDB Chief Executive Officer Jean-Guy Afrika and Deputy CEO Juliana Kangeli Muganza.
